Abstract
ABSTRAK Stroke adalah gangguan fungsi otak, fokal maupun global, yang timbul mendadak, berlangsung lebih dari 24 jam disebabkan kelainan perdarahan otak.. Kadar gula darah diduga berhubungan dengan stroke berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar gula darah dengan insiden stroke berulang di Unit Stroke Rumah Sakit dr. Soepraoen Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 48 orang. Variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah kadar gula darah dengan insiden stroke berulang. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman Rank dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kadar gula darah dengan stroke berulang (p=0,652), dengan kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,72. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien dengan stroke berulang tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kadar gula saja. Perlu dilakukan penatalaksanaan khusus pada pasie stroke seperti kepatuhan diit, kepatuhan minum obat, pengendalian tekanan darah, menghindari stress, olahraga dan control secara rutin agar tidak terjadi stroke berulang. Blood glucose supposedly associated with reccurent strokes. Research aims to understand the relationship between blood glucose with the incident recurrent strokes in stroke unit dr. Soepraoen Malang. The kind of research this is correlational with the approach retrospective. Sample were selected in using a technique total of sampling and get some 48 responden. Variable as measured in this research is blood glucose with the recurrent strokes. Statistical tests used is correlation the spearman rank with 95 % confidence interval. The results of the bivariat analysis indicating the absence of the kind of relationship between levels of the blood glucose dropping with repeated strokes ( p = 0,652 ) , with the power of at least a high school as much as 0,72 .From the research it can be concluded that a patient with reccurent strokes not only influenced by of blood glucose Special management of stroke patients such as adherence to obedience, medication adherence, blood pressure control, avoidance of stress, exercise and regular control to avoid recurrent stroke.
