Abstract
ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit saluran pernapasan yang disebabkan oleh mikobakterium tuberkulosis dengan penularan yang cukup tinggi. Data penderita dari tahun ke tahun, cenderung mengalami peningkatan, walaupun upaya program pemberantasan TBC telah ditingkatkan Namun belum mampu mengendalikan penyakit TBC. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang melatar belakangi terjadinya TBC pada masyarakat diwilayah Puskesmas Sitiarjo Kabupaten Malang tahun 2018 meliputi sosial ekonomi, setatus gizi, usia, jenis kelamin, dan kebiasaan merokok. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif, populasinya adalah semua pasien yang sedang pengobatan di poli paru puskesmas sitiarjo Kabupaten Malang. Dengan menggunakan total sempling, pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan dengan lembar kuisioner. Analisa data yang digunakan dengan analisa Univariat . Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya TBC yaitu sosial ekonomi 93,3%, status gizi 63,3%, usia 53,3%, jenis kelamin 50% dan kebiasaan merokok 50%. Oleh karena itu diharapkan pihak Puskesmas atau petugas kesehatan dapat melakukan penyuluhan tentang faktor-faktor apa saja yg melatarbelakangi terjadinya TBC guna mencegah timbulnya pasien baru. Kata kunci: faktor -faktor , terjadinya , TBC ABSTRACT Tuberculosis (TB) is a respiratory disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis with high transmission. The data of patients from year to year, tend to increase, although the efforts of TB control programs have been improved But not yet able to control tuberculosis. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors are the background of the occurrence of TBC in community Sitiarjo district health centers in Malang district 2018 covering socioeconomic, setatus nutrition, age, gender, and smoking habits. Design This research uses descriptive design, the population is all patients who are being treated in lung poli Puskesmas Sitiarjo district Malang. By using the total sempling, the data collection used is the collection with the questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used with Univariate analysis. From the result of research indicate that factor of the background of the happening of TB is social economy 93,3%, setatus nutrisi 63,3%, age 5,3,3%, gender 50% and smoking habit 50%. Therefore it is expected that the health center or health workers can do counseling about what factors behind the occurrence of tuberculosis in order to prevent the emergence of new patients.
