Abstract
ABSTRAK Lansia adalah kelompok penduduk berumur 60 tahun keatas, dimana banyak mengalami kemunduran sel yang dapat mempengaruhi sistem tubuh. Hal ini mengakibatkan timbulnya gangguan didalam perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Gambaran Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Pada Lansia. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif. Populasinya seluruh lansia yang berada di RW 08 Bukirsari Kota Malang berjumlah 85 orang. Metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 35 orang. Variabel yang diteliti adalah perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat lansia. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar berperilaku PHBS kurang sebanyak 19 responden (54%), berperilaku cukup sejumlah 14 responden (40%) dan sebagian kecilnya berperilaku baik yaitu sebanyak 2 responden (6%). Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan responden lebih meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat agar dapat meningkatkan kesehatannya sendiri dengan bertambahnya usia. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Lansia ABSTRACT Elderly was a group of people aged 60 years and over, where many decline in cells that can affect the body system. This resulted in the occurrence of interference in the behavior of clean and healthy living. This study aims to find out the description of clean and healthy life behavior in the elderly. The research design is descriptive. The population of all elderly in RW 08 Bukirsari Malang city amounted to 85 people. Sample Most of elderly in RW 08 Bukirsari Malang according to inclusion criteria amounted to 35 people. Sampling method of purposive sampling. The variables studied were the clean and healthy life behavior of the elderly. Instrument used questionnaire sheet The results showed that most of the PHBS behaviors were less than 19 respondents (54%), sufficient number of 14 respondents (40%) and a good number of respondents were 2 respondents (6%). From the results of this study was expected more respondents improve the behavior of clean and healthy life in order to improve their own health with increasing age.
