Abstract
Kala I persalinan adalah permulaan kontraksi persalinan yang ditandai oleh perubahan serviks yang pogresiv yang diakhiri dengan pembukaan lengkap (10 cm). salah satu gangguan persalinan yang mungkin dialami ibu bersalin adalah keterlambatan terjadinya persalinan kala I. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologis untuk memicu kinerja hormone oksitosin guna perepatan kala I, dapat diberikan jus kurma muda. Pada kurma, mengandung hormon oksitosin. Oksitosin sendiri adalah hormone yang akan menyebabkan kontraksi pada rahim. Hormone ini meningkat pada saat persalinan berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui lama kala I persalinan. Desain penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Pre Eksperiment yaitu Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Static Group Comparison. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 12 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yang diberikan 6 responden dan 6 tidak diberikan responden dengan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil setengah dari jumlah 6 responden (50%) mengalami kala I fase aktif cepat atau ≤ 6 jam dan setengahnya 6 responden (50%) mengalami kala I fase aktif lambat yaitu lebih dari 6 jam. Hasil uji Chi Square didapatkan nilai p = 0,001 < 0,05 (α = 5%), dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian Jus kurma muda (Dactylifera Phoenix) dengan lama kala I fase aktif pada ibu bersalin. Bagi responden yang mengalami gangguan pada persalinan kala I diharapkan dapat mengonsumsi jus kurma muda sebagai alternative untuk mempercepat proses persalinan kala I fase aktif. The first stage of labor is the onset of labor contractions characterized by pogresive cervical changes ending with complete opening (10 cm). One of the labor disorders that may be experienced by mothers who give birth is the delay in the occurrence of the 1st stage of labor. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to trigger the performance of the hormone oxytocin to accelerate the first stage, can be given young date juice. In dates, contain the hormone oxytocin. Oxytocin itself is a hormone that causes contractions in the uterus. This hormone increases as labor progresses. The purpose of this study was to determine the length of the first stage of labor. The research design used was Pre Experiment, namely the approach used was Static Group Comparison. The sample used in this study amounted to 12 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Divided into two groups, which were given 6 respondents and 6 respondents did not give with the observation sheet. Based on the results, half of the 6 respondents (50%) experienced a fast active phase I stage or ≤ 6 hours and half of 6 respondents (50%) experienced a slow active phase I stage which is more than 6 hours. Chi Square test results obtained p value = 0.001 <0.05 (α = 5%), it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of giving young date juice (Dactylifera Phoenix) with the duration of the first stage of the active phase in laboring mothers. For respondents who experience problems during the first stage of labor, it is hoped that they can consume young date juice as an alternative to accelerate the labor process for the first stage of the active phase.
