Abstract
ABSTRAK Prestasi belajar merupakan bukti keberhasilan yang telah dicapai setelah melaksanakan usaha-usaha belajar. Sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar anak adalah orangtua. Pada keadaan orangtua yang terlalu sibuk seperti orangtua yang memilih bekerja diluar negeri sebagai TKI, akan mempengaruhi tingkat dukungan dan perhatian orangtua terhadap anaknya. Oleh karena itu, perhatian orangtua ataupun pengasuh dirumah sangatlah penting. Tujuan penelitain ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran prestasi belajar anak dengan orangtua yang bekerja diluar negeri sebagai TKI di SDN 3 Sitiarjo Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasinya adalah Seluruh siswa kelas 3 – 6 yang orangtuanya bekerja diluar negeri sebagai TKI di SDN 3 Sitiarjo Kabupaten Malang sejumlah 25 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Waktu pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat prestasi perlu bimbingan sebanyak 12 siswa (48%) dan sebagian kecil memiliki tingkat prestasi baik sebanyak 2 siswa (8%). Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya peran keluarga terutama orangtua untuk dapat memfasilitasi anaknya untuk mengikuti les tambahan dirumah, serta orangtua juga bisa selalu dapat memantau perkembangan anak dengan aktif berkonsultasi dengan pihak sekolah. Kata kunci : prestasi belajar, siswa, orangtua bekerja sebagai TKI ABSTRACT Learning achievement is a proof of success that has been achieved after carrying out learning efforts. As one of the factors affecting children's learning achievement is parent. In the case of overly busy parents such as parents who choose to work overseas as migrant workers, will affect the level of support and attention of parents to their children. Therefore, the attention of parents or caregivers at home is very important. The purpose of this research is to know the description of learning achievement of children with parents who work abroad as TKI in SDN 3 Sitiarjo Malang Regency. The method was used in this research is descriptive. Its population is All students of grade 3 - 6 whose parents work abroad as TKI at SDN 3 Sitiarjo Malang Regency number 25 student. Sampling technique used in this study sampling saturated with 25 respondents. The data in this research was taken using the observation sheet. Data collection time was conducted in January 2018. The results showed that most of the students had achievement level of 12 students (48%) and some had good achievement of 2 students (8%). Looking at the results of this study, it is necessary to have family roles, especially parents to facilitate their children to take additional lessons at home, and parents can also always monitor the development of children by actively consulting with the school.
