Abstract
ABSTRAK Posyandu lansia merupakan bentuk peran serta masyarakat lansia dalam upaya bidang kesehatan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal serta kondisi menua yang sehat dan mandiri. Sehingga dalam pemanfaatannya diperlukan suatu motivasi dan dukungan keluarga yang mampu untuk menggerakkan diri lansia menghadiri diri lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh lansia di posyandu lansia RW 04. Metode sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 45 responden dan diuji menggunakan uji Spearman Correlation. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi lansia di posyandu lansia RW 04 Sukun Malang (p=0,000; r=0,6170). Lansia dengan dukungan kurang cenderung memiliki motivasi lemah. Dukungan keluarga dari 45 responden mendapatkan dukungan keluarga kurang dan memiliki motivasi lemah sebanyak 51,1%. Dari hasil penelitian dukungan keluarga dan motivasi sangat berperan dalam mendorong minat lansia untuk hadir dalam kegiatan posyandu lansia. Kata kunci: dukungan keluarga, motivasi lansia, posyandu lansia ABSTRACT Posyandu elderly is a form of participation of elderly society in effort of health sector to reach optimum health degree and healthy age condition and independent. So that in its utilization needed a motivation and support of family that able to move themselves elderly attend self elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and motivation. The research design was correlational with cross sectional approach. population was all elderly at posyandu elderly RW 04. Sampling method used purposive sampling with amount up to 45 respondent and tested by using Spearman Correlation test. From the analysis results obtained there was a relationship of family support with motivation elderly in posyandu eldrly RW 04 Sukun Malang (p=0,000: r=o,6170). Elderly with less support tend to have weak motivation, family support from 45 respondents get family support and have a weak motivation as much as 51,1% From the results of research, family support and motivation is instrumental in encouraging the elderly to attend the posyandu elderly.
