Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dimulai sejak lahir hingga mencapai dewasa. Saat ini banyak balita mengalami gangguan perkembangan motorik dan banyak anak yang mengalami kecerdasan kurang dan keterlambatan bicara. Hal ini disebabkan sebagian besar ibu menganggap permasalahan ini merupakan hal sepele, Maka pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan anak sangat diperlukan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi gambaran pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan motorik pada anak usia 1-3 tahun Di Posyandu Melati Desa Pandanrejo Kecamatan Wagir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 1-3 tahun Di Posyandu Melati Desa Pandanrejo. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 responden dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan motorik anak. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dengan presentase. Hasil penelitian yaitu hampir setengahnya responden memiliki pengetahuan baik yaitu 43%, hampir setengahnya responden 37% memiliki pengetahuan cukup, dan sebagian kecil responden 20% memiliki pengetahuan kurang, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan motorik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu dari umur, pekerjaan, penghasilan, pendidikan, urutan anak dan sumber informasi yang didapat. Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka puskesmas diharapkan mengadakan penyuluhan kesehatan dan menyediakan informasi mengenai perkembangan motorik pada anak dengan memberikan pamflet saat berkunjung. Today many toddlers experience motor development disorders and many children experience less intelligence and late speech. This is due to the fact that most mothers consider this problem as a trivial matter, so mother's awareness about child development is very necessary. The purpose of this study is to identify the description of maternal knowledge about motor development in children aged 1-3 years at the Posyandu Melati, Pandanrejo Village, Wagir Sub-District. This research used descriptive quantitative approach. The population is all mothers who have children aged 1-3 years at the Posyandu Melati, Pandanrejo Village. This research used 43 respondents using Purposive Sampling. The variables studied were maternal knowledge about children's motor development. This research used questionnaire to conduct the data. Data analysis were using univariate analysis with percentages. As the results of the study, almost half of the respondents had good knowledge within 43%, 37% respondents had sufficient knowledge, and 20% respondents had insufficient knowledge, this study showed that maternal knowledge of motor development was influenced by several factors such as age, work , income, education, order of children and sources of information obtained. The results of this study, puskesmas are expected to perform health education and provide information about motor development in children by giving pamphlets during visits.
