Abstract
ABSTRAK Kanker payudara menempati urutan pertama jumlah kasus kanker pada wanita sekaligus menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar akibat kanker di dunia setiap tahunnya. Kanker payudara merupakan penyakit yang mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan fisik sehingga akan menentukan kualitas hidup yang dimiliki oleh individu. Bentuk penurunan kualitas hidup yang paling banyak dialami oleh penderita kanker payudara adalah terjadinya penurunan domain fisik, psikologis, sosial dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup penderita kanker payudara di RS dr Soepraoen Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 27 responden. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara. Penelitian di laksanakan di Ruang Kemoterapi RS dr Soepraoen Malang yaitu 31 Mei dan 17 Juni – 18 Juni 2019. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner WHO-QOL. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara buruk sebanyak 16 orang (55%). Untuk hasil kualitas hidup per domain yaitu fisik menunjukan kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 13 orang (52%) domain psikoligis menunjukan kualitas hidup buruk sebanyak 16 orang (64%), domain sosial menunjukan kualitas hidup buruk yaitu 21 orang (84%) dan domain lingkungan menujukan kualitas hidup buruk sebanyak 16 orang (64%). Hasil penelitian ini bagi perawat dapat menjadi pedoman bagi perawat guna mengembangkan perencanaan pada pasien kanker payudara sehingga kualitas hidup pasien meningkat. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of life of breast cancer patients in Dr. Soepraoen Hospital, Malang. This research used a descriptive method. The population in the study were 56 people. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling with a total sample of 27 respondents. The variables studied were the quality of life of breast cancer patients. The research was conducted in the Chemotherapy Room of dr. Soepraoen Hospital, Malang, May 31 and June 17 - June 18, 2019. The instrument used the WHO-QOL questionnaire. The results of the study showed that most of the quality of life of good breast cancer patients was 16 people (55%). For the results of quality of life per domain, namely physical showed good quality of life as many as 13 people (52%) psycholigic domains showed poor quality of life of 16 people (64%), social domain showed poor quality of life, 21 people (84%) and environmental domains addressed poor quality of life of 16 people (64%).
