Abstract
Hipertensi adalah suatu peningkatan abnormal tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri secara terus-menerus lebih dari suatu periode. Sebagian besar masyarakat belum mengetahui faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi terjadinya hipertensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Hipertensi di Poli Penyakit Dalam RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian. Populasinya adalah semua pasien hipertensi yang kontrol di Poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit TK.II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 responden pada tanggal 12-14 Juni 2017. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian hipertensi. Data penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuisioner. Setelah ditabulasi data dipersentsekan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian hipertensi dari 39 responden, diantaranya faktor nutrisi (tinggi Na dan lemak) 90%, faktor usia 59%, genetik 56% dan berat badan 51%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian hipertensi adalah faktor nutrisi (tinggi Na dan lemak), usia, genetik, dan berat badan. Kata Kunci : faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian hipertensi ABSTRACT Hypertension is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries continuosly over a period. The most people don’t know of the factors that influence hypertension. The purpose of this research is to detect factors that affect the hypertension in Out Patient Intern Departement RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang. This research used an Descriptive approach.The population was all the hypertension patients that visit to Out Patient Intern Departement RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Accidental Sampling was use with total sample as many as 39 respondents on 12-14 June 2017. The variables are factors that affect to occurance of hypertension. This research data taken with by questionnaire. The data were presented after tabulated. The results showed there are several factors that affecting to occurance of hypertension of 39 respondents, such as the factor of nutrients (high natrium and fat) (90%), the factor of age (59%), genetic (56%), and weight loss (obesity) (51%). Based on the result of this research, that factors affecting to occurance of hypertension is the factor of nutrients (high natrium and fat), the factor of age ,genetic, and weight loss (obesity).
