Abstract
ABSTRAK Citra tubuh adalah gambaran yang dimiliki seseorang dalam tubuh sebagai gambaran yang dimiliki seseorang dalam pikirannya tentang penampilan (misalnya: ukuran dan bentuk tubuh) tubuhnya serta sikap yang dibentuk seseorang terhadap karakteristik-karakteristik dari tubuhnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui citra tubuh pada pasien ulkus diabeik di Pedis Care Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Deskriptif. Populasinya adalah Seluruh pasien ulkus diabetic yang hadir di Pedis Care Malang pada bulan Juni 2019 sejumlah 30 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Acidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampling sebanyak 15 pasien ulkus diabetik di Pedis Care Malang. Variabel yang diteliti adalah citra tubuh. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan MBSRQ-AS (Multidimensional Body Self Relation Questionnaire-Appearance Scales). Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data melalui tahap Uji Univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki citra tubuh yang positif yaitu 9 orang (60%) dan hampir setengahnya responden memiliki citra tubuh negatif yaitu 6 orang (40%). Hal ini dimungkinkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu oleh faktor usia, jenis kelamin, lama menderita dm, posisi luka, riwayat luka, dan riwayat amputasi. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan perawat dapat meningkatkan promosi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan citra tubuh pasien ulkus diabetk. Kata kunci: Citra tubuh, Pasien ulkus diabetic, pedis care Malang ABSTRACT Body image is a description of a person in the body as a picture of a person in his mind about the appearance (for example: the size and shape of the body) formed his body and attitude that a person against the characteristics of the body. The research objective was to determine the patient's body image ulcer Pedis Care diabetic in Malang. This study design using descriptive. The populations is diabetic ulcer patients who present at Pedis Care Malang in June 2019 a number of 30 people. The sampling method used is Acidental Sampling by the number of sampling as many as 15 patients with diabetic ulcers in Pedis Care Malang. The variables studied were body image. The research data were taken using MBSRQ-AS (Multidimensional Body Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Scales). After the data collected then carried through the data processing stage Univariate Test. The results showed the majority of respondents indicated that most respondents have a positive body image is 9 people (60%) and almost half of respondents have a negative body image which 6 (40%). This is made possible by several factors: by age, gender, long-suffering dm, the position of the wound, injury history, and the history of amputation. Based on the results of the study are expected nurses to improve health promotion to improve the image of the patient's body with diabetic ulcers.
