Abstract

ABSTRAK Bagi prajurit TNI renang militer sendiri suatu kegiatan yang sangat penting untuk menguji ketahanan dalam air selain itu juga renang militer salah satu bentuk tes untuk menunjang kenaikan pangkat. Dan apabila prajurit tidak mampu melakukan renang militer dengan baik maka akan kena sangsi mengulang (remidi). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menggambarkan tingkat kecemasan pada prajurit TNI yang akan melaksanakan kesegaran jasmani renang militer di Kompi Kesehatan Lapangan 1 Batalyon Kesehatan 2/2 Kostrad. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan dekriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota prajurit yang akan melaksanakan renang militer di kompi kesehatan lapangan. Tekhnik sampling menggunakan porposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 responden. Variabel yang diteliti adalah tingkat kecemasan. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Februari. Analisa data menggunakan Univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setengahnya responden mengalami kecemasan sedang dengan jumlah 10 respoden (50%) dan sebagian kecil responden tidak ada kecemasan dan mengalami kecemasan ringan dengan jumlah masing-masing 3 responden (15%) dan kecemasan berat dengan jumlah 4 responden (20%). Oleh karena itu diharapkan perlunya sering berlatih pada anggota prajurit TNI agar pelaksanaan renang militer tidak mengalami kecemasan. Kata kunci: kecemasan, renang militer. ABSTRACT An accordance with the Law the basic tasks of the TNI are not so light that they require personnel (soldiers) who have physical readiness to be able to carry out their main tasks properly, so that the physical must be owned and maintained by the duty bearer of the state. The TNI AD's physical fitness is the ability of a person to carry out his daily tasks easily without feeling tired. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of anxiety in TNI soldiers who will carry out military swimming physical fitness in the Field Health Company 1 Health Battalion 2/2 Kostrad. Design of this study uses descriptive. The population in this study were all soldiers who would carry out military swimming in the field health company. The sampling technique uses porposive sampling with a sample of 20 respondents. The variables studied were the level of anxiety. Time of study in February. Analyze data using Univariate. The results showed that half of the respondents experienced moderate anxiety with a number of 10 respondents (50%) and a small number of respondents had no anxiety and experienced mild anxiety with the number of each of the 3 respondents (15%) and severe anxiety with the number of 4 respondents (20%). Therefore it is expected that there is a need to often train members of the TNI so that the implementation of military swimming does not experience anxiety. Keywords: anxiety, military swimming.
