Abstract
ABSTRAK Angka kejadian diabetes melitus di Indonesia terus meningkat dan merupakan salah satu penyakit yang paling banyak diderita oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Penatalaksanaan diabetes melitus dengan penggunaan terapi komplementer salah satunya mengkonsumsi madu hitam pahit menjadi solusi penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2, karena mengandung senyawa alkoloid yang tinggi, kadar enzyme diastase 2.40 DN, hidroksi metilfurfural 32,80 mg/Kg, kadar air 22,64%, glukosa 72,638%, sukrosa 3,012% keasaman 4,165 ml NaOH 1N/Kg, ekstrak biji mahoni 40%, senyawa antioksidan berupa flavonoid dan saponin yang berpengaruh membantu kinerja organ pankreas menyeimbangkan kadar gula dalam darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profile kadar gula darah sewaktu setelah penggunaan terapi madu hitam pahit pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Pos PPPK Lawang. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Kadar gula darah setelah penggunaan madu hitam pahit pada penderita DM tipe 2. Tempat penelitian di Pos PPPK Lawang. Waktu penelitian 20 Januari-20 Februari 2019. Instrumen yang digunakan glukometer dan lembar observasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar kadar gula darah normal (70-200 mg/dl) sebanyak 14 orang (70%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bagi perawat hendaknya mengembangkan perencanaan keperawatan mengenai terapi komplementer madu hitam pahit agar kadar gula darah setelah penggunaan terapi madu hitam pahit pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 mayoritas dalam batas normal. This study aims to determine the profile of blood sugar levels after the use of bitter black honey therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Lawang First Aid Post. The research design uses descriptive design. The population in the study were 32 people. The purposive sampling technique for sampling is 20 respondents. The variables studied were blood sugar levels after the use of bitter black honey in patients with type 2 diabetes. The place of study at the Lawang First Aid Post. Time of study January 20-February 20 2019. Instruments used glucometer and observation sheets. Data analysis using univariat analysis. The results of the study showed that most normal blood sugar levels (70 200 mg/dl) were 14 people (70%). Based on the results of this study, nurses should develop a nursing plan regarding of bitter black honey therapy complement theraphy in diabetes mellitus type 2 so that blood sugar levels after the use of bitter black honey therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are mostly within normal limits.
