Abstract

ABSTRAK Operasi Sectio Caesarea (SC) sering diperlukan ketika persalinan pervaginam akan membahayakan bayi atau ibu. Hasil Riskesdas tahun 2016 menunjukkan kelahiran dengan metode SC sebesar 9,8% dari total 49.603 kelahiran sepanjang tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2016. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan deskriptif yang dilakukan di Rumkitban Lawang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran proses penyembuhan luka post SC. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 15 responden dengan sampel 15 responden ibu post SC, Pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 12 responden (80%) berada di kategori kesembuhan yang memuaskan, dan 3 responden (20%) berada di kategori gangguan penyembuhan. Dalam hal ini Usia, nutrisi pantang makan, dan penyakit penyerta sangat ber pengaruh terhadap proses penyembuhan luka post sc. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya dukungan keluarga agar tidak adanya pola pantang makan, dan pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan luka yang baik. Kata kunci: post SC, proses penyembuhan luka. ABSTRACT Operation Sectio Caesarea (SC) is often needed when vaginal delivery will harm the baby or mother. The results of the 2016 Riskesdas showed births with the SC method of 9.8% from a total of 49,603 births throughout 2013 to 2016. The study was conducted at Rumkitban Lawang with the aim of describing the post SC wound healing process. The total population of 15 respondents with a sample of 15 respondents post SC mothers, sampling by consecutive sampling using observation sheets. The results showed 12 respondents (80%) were in a satisfactory recovery category, and 3 respondents (20%) were in the category of healing disorders. In this case, age, nutrition do not eat, and comorbidities have a profound effect on the post sc healing process. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to have family support so that there is no pattern of abstinence, and mother's knowledge about good wound care.
