Abstract
ABSTRAK Masa nifas (puerperium) adalah masa setelah partus, dan berakhir setelah 6 minggu. Pada masa ini ibu mengalami kelelahan setelah melahirkan sehingga dapat mengurangi produksi ASI, kurangnya produksi ASI dapat di atasi dengan Teknik Marmet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian teknik Marmet terhadap Produksi ASI pada ibu post partum hari ke 3-8. Desain penelitian post-eksprerimen dengan rancanngan Post (Only design). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu nifas sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik Accidental Sampling, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu nifas hari ke 3-8 sebanyak 11 responden. Hasil penelitian setelah di berikan teknik marmet 8 responden (73%) dengan produksi ASI banyak, 3 responden (27%) dengan produksi ASI cukup dan tidak ada responden dengan produksi ASI kurang. Hasil Uji Statistik t-Test didapatkan nilai signifikasi 0,000 maka H1 diterima ada pengaruh pemberian Teknik Marmet terhadap Produksi ASI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan setelah dilakukan perlakuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Teknik Marmet dapat mengatasi produksi ASI yang kurang. Disarankan untuk ibu nifas yang mengalami produksi ASI kurang dapat di atasi dengan Teknik Marmet. Kata Kunci: Teknik Marmet , Produksi ASI, Nifas. ABSTRACT The puerperium is the period after parturition, and ends after 6 weeks. During this time the mother experiences fatigue after giving birth so that it can reduce milk production, the lack of milk production can be overcome by the Marmet Technique. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Marmet technique on breast milk production in post partum mothers day 3-8. Post-experimental research design with Post design (Only design). The population in this study were all childbirth mothers as many as 20 respondents. Accidental Sampling Techniques, The sample in this study was postpartum mothers day 3-8 as many as 11 respondents. The results of the research were given the marmot technique of 8 respondents (73%) with high ASI production, 3 respondents (27%) with sufficient milk production and no respondents with less milk production. The t-Test Statistical Test results obtained a significance value of 0,000, so H1 was accepted, there was an effect of giving Marmet Technique to ASI Production. Based on the results of research after treatment, it can be concluded that the Marmet Technique can overcome the lack of ASI production. It is recommended that postpartum mothers who experience ASI production cannot be overcome with Marmet Technique. Keywords: Marmet Technique, Breast Milk Production, Postpartum.
