Abstract
ABSTRAK Gastritis merupakan suatu inflamasi dinding lambung yang disebabkan oleh iritasi pada mukosa lambung. Perilaku makan tidak teratur dan gaya hidup kurang baik bisa menjadi faktor terjadinya gastritis. Saat ini, banyak masyarakat menganggap remeh akan gastritis, sehingga mereka tidak peduli akan apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan gastritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan gastritis pada mahasiswa jurusan keperawatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat 2 keperawatan Poltekkes RS dr. Soepraoen yang pernah didiagnosa gastritis. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Jumlah responden 37 orang. Uji statistik menggunakan Somers’D. Dalam penelitian ini, sebanyak 19 orang (52%) berpengetahuan cukup, 9 orang (24%) berpengetahuan baik, 9 orang (24%) berpengetahuan kurang. Kemudian sebanyak 25 orang (68%) memiliki perilaku pencegahan gastritis dalam kategori cukup, 6 orang (16%) kategori baik, 6 orang (16%) kategori kurang. Berdasarkan uji somers’d, didapatkan hasil p = 0,000 dan = 0,05 (p ≤ 0,05), yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan gastritis pada responden. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat menghindari segala hal yang dapat memicu kekambuhan gastritis dengan cara mengatur pola makan, menghindari stress berlebihan, dan menghindari makanan yang memicu asam lambung naik. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Perilaku Pencegahan, Gastritis ABSTRACT Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach wall caused by irritation of the gastric mucosa. Irregular eating behavior and poor lifestyle can be a factor in the occurrence of gastritis. Now, many people underestimate gastritis, so they don't care about anything that can cause gastritis. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and behavior of prevention of gastritis in nursing majors. The research design used was correlation. The population in this study were nursing level 2 students of the Polytechnic of the Hospital Dr. Soepraoen who had been diagnosed with gastritis. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The number of respondents is 37 people. Test statistics using Somers’D. In this research, 19 people (52%) had sufficient knowledge, 9 people (24%) had good knowledge, 9 people (24%) had insufficient knowledge. Then as many as 25 people (68%) had the behavior of preventing gastritis in the sufficient category, 6 people (16%) in the good category, 6 people (16%) in the less category. Based on the somers'd test, the results obtained p = 0,000 and = 0,05 (p ≤ 0,05), which means there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of gastritis prevention in respondents. Based on this research, it is expected that students can avoid all things that can trigger recurrence of gastritis by regulating diet, avoiding excessive stress, and avoiding foods that trigger stomach acid rise.
