Abstract
ABSTRAK Dalam proses persalinan, tidak sedikit ibu yang mengalami masalah maupun komplikasi. Salah satu masalah pada persalinan adalah rupture perineum. Rupture perineum dialami oleh 85% ibu yang melahirkan pervaginam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik meneran yang benar terhadap kejadian rupture perineum pada ibu primigravida inpartu kala II. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pre Eksperimen dengan rancangan Posttes Only Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin primigravida dengan persalinan normal yang ada di wilayah kerja PMB Desi Irasari yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian sebanyak 10 responden. Dari 10 responden terbagi menjadi tiga golongan, untuk kelompok ibu yang tidak mengalami rupture perineum dan menerapkan teknik meneran sesuai SPO sebanyak 7 responden (70%), dan ibu yang tidak mengalami rupture perineum dan tidak menerapkan teknik meneran sesuai SPO sebanyak 1 responden (10%), serta yang mengalami rupture perineum karena tidak menerapkan teknik meneran sesuai SPO sebanyak 2 responden (20%). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rank dengan p value sebesar 0,010, karena nilai p=0,010<0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pegaruh yang signifikan antara Teknik Meneran Yang Benar terhadap Kejadian Rupture Perineum Pada Ibu Bersalin. Disarankan agar responden mampu lebih kooperatif dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini. One problem with labor is the perineal rupture. Perineal rupture is experienced by 85% of mothers giving birth to vaginal delivery. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the correct exposure technique on the incidence of perineal rupture in primigravida in part II. The design of this study used Pre Experiments with the Posttes Only Design design. Sampling uses purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was primigravida maternity women with normal labor in the working area of PMB Desi Irasari who met the study criteria of 10 respondents. Of the 10 respondents divided into three groups, for the group of mothers who did not experience perineal rupture and applied the technique according to SPO as many as 7 respondents (70%), and mothers who did not experience perineal rupture and did not apply the technique according to SPO as much as 1 respondents (10%), as well as those who experienced perineal rupture because they did not apply the technique according to SPO as much as 2 respondents (20%). This study used the Spearman Rank statistical test with a p value of 0.010, because the value of p = 0.010 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there a significant effect between the techniques that meneran the right to the Perineum Rupture in Maternity.
