Abstract
ABSTRAK KB suntik 3 bulan mengandung 150 mg DMPA (Depo Medroksi Progesteron Acetat) yang menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan darah. Metode non-farmakologi dalam mengatasi peningkatan tekanan darah adalah pemberian rebusan daun alpukat. Daun alpukat mengandung zat flavonoid yang berkhasiat sebagai diuretic sehingga mampu mengurangi tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rebusan daun alpukat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada akseptor lama KB suntik 3 bulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pre eksperimen dengan rancangan One group pretest-posttest. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 16 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pada penlitian ini 12 responden mengalami penurunan dan 4 responden tidak mengalami penurunan tekanan darah pada akseptor lama KB suntik 3 bulan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, uji analisis data uji T-test, dengan hasil analisis p=0,000 bahwa ada pengaruh penurunan tekanan darah. Diharapkan responden yang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah dapat mengkonsumsi rebusan daun alpukat sebagai alternatif. Kata kunci : penurunan tekanan darah, akseptor lama KB suntik 3 Bulan, rebusan daun alpukat ABSTRACT 3-month injection KB contains 150 mg DMPA (Depo Medroksi Progesteron Acetat) which causes an increase in blood pressure. Non-pharmacological methods to overcome the increase in blood pressure are the administration of avocado leaves. Avocado leaves contain flavonoids which are efficacious as diuretics so they can reduce blood pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of avocado leaf decoction on the decrease in blood pressure in long-term injection of 3 months KB acceptors. The method used is the Pre experiment with the design of the one group pretest-posttest. The sample used in this study amounted to 16 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. In this study 12 respondents experienced a decrease and 4 respondents did not experience a decrease in blood pressure in the 3 month old injection KB acceptore. Data retrieval is done by using observation, test analysis of data on the T-test, with the results of the analysis p= 0,000 that there is an effect of blood pressure reduction. It is expected that respondents who have increased blood pressure can consume decoction of avocado leaves as an alternative.
