Abstract
ABSTRAK Kala I Fase aktif Berlangsung mulai dari pembukaan 4 cm sampai 10 cm yang berlangsung selama 6 jam. bola persalinan merupakan cara untuk mempercepat proses persalinan yaitu dengan mengayunkan panggul kekanan, kekiri dan memutar membantu kontraksi rahim lebih efektif sehingga dilatasi terjadi lebih cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah Pengaruh Bola Persalinan (Birthing Ball) Terhadap Lama Kala I Fase Aktif Pada Inpartu Primigravida. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre Eksperimen dengan rancangan Static Group Comparison. sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 16 ibu bersalin primigravida kala I fase aktif. Sampel dikelompokkan menjadi dua, kelompok yang diberikan bola dan diberikan asuhan standar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 16 responden, 8 responden yang diberikan bola, 6 responden fase aktif berlangsung cepat dan 8 responden yang diberi asuhan standar 2 responden fase aktif berlangsung cepat. berdasarkan hasil uji statistik chi-square didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,046 (p<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh bola persalinan terhadap lama fase aktif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh pemberian bola persalinan (Birthing Ball) terhadap lama kala I fase aktif pada inpartu primigavida. Diharapkan ibu bersalin dapat melakukan gerakan dengan bola persalinan sehingga persalinan berlangsung nyaman, rileks, berjalan lancar dan cepat. Kata kunci: Bola Persalinan, Persalinan, Kala I Fase Aktif ABSTRACT Childbirth is the process of removing the fetus that occurs in term pregnancy, born spontaneously with a back head presentation, lasting 18 hours, without complications both in the mother and in the fetus. By using the ball of labor and swinging the pelvis to the right, left and rotate affect the active phase because it helps uterine contractions, helps Pressure from the baby's head to the cervix remains constant so that dilation occurs faster . The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the birthing ball on the duration of the first phase of the active in the primigravidian part. This study used the Pre Experiment method with the Static Group Comparison design . Sampling in this study using purposual sampling technique. The total population is 24 respondents. The results of the study found that based on the results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a significant value on giving a labor ball to the time period I active phase sig. (2-tailed) of 0.046 then there is a significant relationship between variables, because p-value ≤ 0.046 t 0.05 so H 1 is accepted . The conclusion of this study is that there is the influence of giving a birthing ball on the duration of the first active phase in the primigavida group at PMB ike Sri Mei W Bululawang . It is expected that respondents can add insight that labor can take place comfortably, relax, run smoothly without pain. Keywords:Birthing Ball, Childbirth, First Phase Active
