Abstract
ABSTRAK Kontrasepsi implan merupakan metode kontrasepsi yang hanya mengandung progestin dengan masa kerja panjang, dosis rendah dan reversibel untuk wanita. Kontrasepsi ini mempunyai efek samping, salah satunya adalah peningkatan berat badan. Peningkatan berat badan dapat dihubungkan dengan aktivitas endrogenik levonorgestrel. Kontrasepsi implan merupakan salah satu obat yang mengandung hormon progesteron yang kuat sehingga merangsang hormon nafsu makan yang ada di hipotalamus dan hormon estrogen yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan pengendapan lemak sehingga mengakibatkan penambahan berat badan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan lama pemakaian KB implan dengan kenaikan berat badan pada ibu akseptor KB implan di PMB Ny R Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu akseptor KB Implan di BPM Ny R Pujon Kabupaten Malang sejumlah 20 ibu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga sampelnya adalah sebagian ibu akseptor KB Implan di BPM Ny S Wagir Kabupaten Malang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sejumlah 18 ibu. Variabel penelitian yaitu variabel independen lama pemakaian KB implan dan variabel dependen adalah kenaikan berat badan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2018 di PMB Ny R Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu lembar observasi dan lembar kuesioner serta data sekunder yaitu buku akseptor KB. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dengan bantuan komputerisasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lama pemakaian KB implan sebagian besar > 1 tahun yakni sejumlah 16 responden (88,9%) dan sebagian kecil yakni 2 responden (11,1%) dengan lama KB Implan < 1 tahun. Kenaikan berat badan pada ibu akseptor KB implan sebagian besar dengan berat badan naik yakni sejumlah 16 responden (88,9%) dan sebagian kecil yaitu 2 responden (11,1%) dengan berat badan tidak naik. Hasil analisa chi square menunjukkan ρ value 0,00 kurang dari α (0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan lama pemakaian KB implan dengan kenaikan berat badan pada ibu akseptor KB implan di PMB Ny R Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Akseptor KB Implan hendaknya mengatur pola makannya agar kenaikan berat badan yang merupakan efek dari KB Implan dapat dicegah sehingga memperoleh berat badan yang ideal selain itu akseptor KB implan dapat lebih aktif bertanya kepada petugas kesehatan tentang upaya pencegahan kenaikan berat badan. Implant contraception is one of the drugs that contain powerful progesterone hormones that stimulate the appetite hormone present in the hypothalamus and estrogen hormones that leads to an increase in fat deposition resulting in weight gain. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between the use of KB implant with weight gain on the mother of KB implant acceptor in PMB Ny R Pujon Malang Regency. The research design used correlation method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers of KB Implant acceptor in PMB Ny R Pujon Malang as 20 mothers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling so that the sample is part of the mother of KB Implant acceptor in PMB Ny R Pujon Malang which fulfill the inclusion criteria of 16 mothers. The research variable is the independent variable of the old use of KB implants and the dependent variable is weight gain. The research was conducted on 30 October 2018 at PMB Ny R Pujon Malang. Instruments used in this study are primary data is observation sheet and questionnaire sheet and secondary data that is KB acceptor book. Data analysis using chi square test with SPSS computerizehelp. The results showed that the duration of implant KB usage was mostly> 1 year, namely 16 respondents (88.9%) and a small number of 2 respondents (11.1%) with a length of Implant KB <1 year. Most of the weight gain for implant contraceptive mothers with increased body weight was 16 respondents (88.9%) and a small percentage of 2 respondents (11.1%) with no increase in body weight. Chi square analysis results show ρ value 0.00 less than α (0.05) which means that there is a relationship between the duration of implant KB use and weight gain in implantable KB acceptor mothers at PMB NyR Pujon Malang Regency. Implant KB acceptors should regulate their diet so that weight gain which is the effect of KB Implants can be prevented so that the ideal weight gain is obtained besides implant KB acceptors can actively ask health workers about efforts to prevent weight gain.
