Abstract
ABSTRAK Gangguan jiwa merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di Indonesia, gangguan jiwa disebabkan karena adanya tekanan psikologis baik dari luar individu maupun dari dalam individu, Kejadian gangguan jiwa yang terjadi ini dapat ditimbulkan akibat adanya suatu pemicu dari pengalam traumatic yang sulit dilupakan dan memiliki efek psikologis dalam waktu yang panjang.Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting bagi penderita untuk mengetahui gambaran jenis-jenis trauma pada penderita Khususnya pengalam traumatik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis trauma yang melatarbelakangi kejadian gangguan jiwa Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Polulasinya adalah sebagian responden yang menderita gangguan jiwa sebanyak 32 orang. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total purposive sempling dengan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 32 responden yang diambil sesuai dengam kriteria inklusi. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan wawabcara terpadu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yang mengalami trauma psikologis sebanyak 21 orang (65,6%) disebabkan karena ditingal orang yang disayang (pasangan atau anak) sebanyak 9 orang karena asmara (perceraian) dan (43%) sebagian kecil responden yang mengalami trauma neurosis sebanyak 2 orang (6,3%) disebabkan karena kecelakaan saat bekerja sebanyak 2 orang (100%). Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa terutama untuk melepas atau melupakan traumatic sesuikan dengan kejadian yang dialami sehingga mengurangi angka kejadian gangguan jiwa. These mental disorders can result from a trigger of a traumatic experience that is difficult to forget and has a psychological effect in time. which is long. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of trauma that underlie the incidence of mental disorders The method used in this study is descriptive. The pollution is 32 respondents who suffer from mental disorders. The sampling technique used in this study was a total purposive sampling with a total sample of 32 respondents taken according to the inclusion criteria. The data in this study were taken using an integrated interview. The results showed that most of the respondents who experienced psychological trauma were 21 people (65.6%) due to being abandoned by a loved one (spouse or child) as many as 9 people due to romance (divorce) and (43%) a small proportion of respondents who experienced trauma neurosis as many as 2 people (6.3%) due to accidents while working as many as 2 people (100%). Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to improve mental health, especially to release or forget about traumatic events that are experienced so as to reduce the incidence of mental disorders.
